These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Johar Mandi ("Johar Mandi," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform

Johar Mandi operates as an online marketplace that enables users to list, advertise, buy, sell, and exchange goods and services.

Johar Mandi is not a party to transactions between users and does not take ownership, possession, control, or title of listed items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • Safeguarding passwords

  • Providing accurate information

  • Updating account details when necessary

Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

4. Listings and Content

Users may post listings subject to Platform policies.

Users represent and warrant that:

  • They own or are authorized to sell listed items.

  • Listings are accurate and not misleading.

  • Listings comply with applicable laws.

  • Posted content does not infringe third-party rights.

Johar Mandi reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

5. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Engage in unlawful conduct.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

  • Distribute malware or harmful code.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

  • Manipulate ratings or reviews.

  • Circumvent Platform policies.

6. Fees

Certain services may be subject to fees.

Applicable fees shall be displayed prior to purchase and may be modified at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and designs remain the exclusive property of Johar Mandi or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform.

8. User Content License

By posting content, users grant Johar Mandi a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and promote such content for Platform-related purposes.

9. Suspension and Termination

Johar Mandi may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice where users violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Johar Mandi makes no warranties regarding:

  • Listing accuracy

  • User conduct

  • Transaction outcomes

  • Platform availability

  • Security or uninterrupted access

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johar Mandi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from Platform use.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Johar Mandi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from user conduct or violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

14. Amendments

Johar Mandi may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
