  • Restrict user privileges

  • Issue warnings

JOHAR MANDI IS NOT OBLIGATED TO REIMBURSE USERS FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM PRIVATE TRANSACTIONS UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED UNDER A SEPARATE BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM.

Final Determinations
 

Any Platform decisions regarding account actions are final and made at Johar Mandi's sole discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights available under applicable laws.
